ABR - ACCREDITED BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE
Accredited by REBAC (the Real Estate Buyers Agency Councilk) and endorsed by THE NATIONAL ASSOCIAITON OF REALTORS, ABR is the largest association of real estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. To receive this honor you must take the prescribed courses, pass testing and provide documentation of buyer agency experience.
GRI - GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE
You must take 96 hours of state specific course work and pass 12 classroom administered tests covering all phases of real estate law, ethics and practice to receive this designation. A NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS designation.
CRS - CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST
The Council of Residential Specialists CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS in the residential sales field. Less than 4% of all REALTORS hold this designation which is sanctioned by THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS
RFS - RESIDENTIAL FINANCIAL SPECIALIST
The Residential Financing Council is dedicated to excellence in financial counseling services for homeowners who are buying, selling or investing in real estate. You must pass a rigorous course in residentiial financing principles, techniques and implementation of available programs.
CNHS - CERTIFIED NEW HOME SPECIALIST
A nationally recognized certification program specializing in residential construction methods, materials, terminology, contracts, market research and marketing concepts, for builder, broker, home buyer synergy. This course provides systems and guidelines for the builder and broker working together for service to the home buyer.
RECS - REAL ESTATE CYBER SOCIETY
The Real Estate Cyber Society Specialist shows proficiency in special technology marketing skills and networking systems. An on-line yearly Cyber Convention allows real estate professionals to interact with others around the country in real time for the best way to service their clients.
Specifically designed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, e-PRO is a revolutionary program for training and certification of real estate professionals in internet knowledge, service and skills for the benefit of their clients. With the growing demand for instant information on the internet, this trains the agent to supply what the public needs.

BACKGROUND & FAMILY
Married for 26 years to Andy Lee, in business development at Premier Bank. Sons Benjamin (21) , Cooper (17) and Brownie the amazing wonder dog (13).
Origionally from San Antonio, Texas, graduated from Baylor University. Worked in Advertising, Television, Radio and Marketing to large corporations before real estate. Our family relocated 8 times (5 different states) with my husbands job so I really know how it feels to pull up roots and try to put them down again..
When I'm not working in the real estate arena or volunteering, I love to read, especially biographies, swim, play golf and spend time with my family who are really a lot of fun even though I'm related to them.
MY MISSION STATEMENT
The Golden Rule, "Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You" and the book "Everything I Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" basically sum up my view of business and life. If you do yoiur best and do the right thing even when no one is watching, people will know and tell others.
On TOP of that - I also believe you HAVE to know what you're doing. Knowledge and Education are KEY to being able to serve your clients with integrity. Just as you want a board certified brain surgeon with lots of experience in a medical life situation.....you need a full time, knowledgeable and dedicated REALTOR working in your financial life.
